Methi Sabzi Recipes in English

Wash the chopped fenugreek leaves, drain and set aside (wash 2-3 times in water to remove any dirt or grime you may have on your leaves).

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds and sauté until the cumin seeds turn light brown. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until onion becomes translucent. Add the finely minced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 20 to 30 seconds.
