Chicken Burger

A chicken burger is a type of sandwich that consists of a cooked chicken patty, typically breaded or grilled, served on a bun with various condiments and toppings such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard. Chicken burgers are a popular fast food item and can also be made at home. They are often considered a healthier alternative to beef burgers, as chicken is a leaner protein source. Method in English

Add 2 slices of bread to ½ kg of minced meat and chop it in the food processor.

Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, a little salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornmeal.

Mix everything and make kebab with it. When the skewers are golden, remove them on the plate.

Grease the pan and toast the buns.
Spread milk, mayonnaise and butter on the buns and keep the chicken patties on top.

Cover it with the other side of the bun. Serve burgers with ½ cup of tomato sauce.

آدھے کلوقیمہ میں روٹی کے 2 سلائس شامل کریں اور اسے فوڈ پروسیسر میں کاٹ لیں۔

1 انڈا، 1 چائے کا چمچ خشک سرسوں، تھوڑا سا نمک، 1 چائے کا چمچ چینی، اور 1 کھانے کا چمچ کارن فلور شامل کریں۔

ہر چیز کو مکس کر کے کباب بنا لیں۔ جب کباب سنہری ہو جائیں تو پلیٹ میں نکال لیں۔

پین کو چکنائی دیں اور بنس کو ٹوسٹ کریں۔
بنس پر دودھ، مایونیز اور مکھن پھیلائیں اور کباب کو اوپر رکھیں۔

اسے بن کے دوسری طرف سے ڈھانپ دیں۔ برگر کو آدھا کپ ٹماٹر کی چٹنی کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

सभी चीजों को मिलाकर कबाब बना लें। – जब कबाब गोल्डन ब्राउन हो जाएं तो इन्हें प्लेट में निकाल लें.

पैन को ग्रीस करें और बन्स को टोस्ट करें।
बन्स पर दूध, मेयोनेज़ और मक्खन फैलाएं और उस पर चिकन पैटीज़ रखें।

इसे बन के दूसरी तरफ से ढक दें। बर्गर को ½ कप केचप के साथ परोसें।\
