Cauliflower Rice(Biryani-Style)

Cauliflower rice is a low-carb alternative to traditional rice, made by grating or processing raw cauliflower florets into small grains that resemble rice. It can be used as a substitute in recipes that call for rice, such as stir-fries, pilafs, or sushi rolls. It can be cooked by sautéing with oil and spices or steaming, and is a good source of fiber and vitamins.

The combination of Cauliflower with Rice will give you a tempting taste. The dish in Pakistan is not made very often but people like it like any other dish.

Ingredients

फूलगोभी1 किलोग्राम
मक्खन3 बड़े चम्मच
लहसुन का पेस्टएक बड़ा चम्मच
जीरा½ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया½ teaspoon
गरम मसाला½ teaspoon
हल्दी½ छोटा चम्मच
अदरक¼ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च1 चुटकी
नमकस्वादानुसार
काली मिर्चस्वादानुसार
धनिया¼ कप कटा हुआ
चावलदो कप

Method in English

Process the cauliflower florets in a blender or food processor until broken into small, rice-sized pieces.

Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat; add cauliflower rice, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower softens, about 10 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the rice wedges and Coriander.

گوبھی کے پھولوں کو بلینڈر یا فوڈ پروسیسر میں اس وقت تک پروسیس کریں جب تک کہ چھوٹے، چاول کے سائز کے ٹکڑوں میں نہ ٹوٹ جائیں۔

کڑاہی میں مکھن کو درمیانی اونچی آنچ پر گرم کریں۔ پھول گوبھی کے چاول، لہسن، زیرہ، دھنیا، گرم مسالہ، ہلدی، ادرک، لال مرچ، نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال دیں۔ پکائیں، کبھی کبھار ہلاتے رہیں، جب تک گوبھی نرم نہ ہو جائے، تقریباً 10 منٹ۔

پین کو آنچ سے ہٹا دیں اور چاول کے ٹکڑے اور دھنیا ڈال دیں۔

फूलगोभी के फूलों को ब्लेंडर या फूड प्रोसेसर में छोटे, चावल के आकार के टुकड़ों में तोड़ने तक प्रोसेस करें।

मध्यम-उच्च गर्मी पर कड़ाही में मक्खन गरम करें; फूलगोभी चावल, लहसुन, जीरा, धनिया, गरम मसाला, हल्दी, अदरक, लाल मिर्च, नमक और काली मिर्च डालें। फूलगोभी के नरम होने तक, लगभग 10 मिनट तक, कभी-कभी हिलाते हुए पकाएँ।

पैन को आँच से उतारें और चावल के टुकड़े और धनिया डालें।
