-Add the chili and garlic sauce, mix well and set aside.

Prepare Omelette:

-In a bowl, add the eggs, water, salt, crushed black pepper, beat well and set aside.

-In a skillet, add the butter and let it melt.

-Add the beaten eggs, distribute evenly and cook over low heat for one minute.

-On one side of the tortilla add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, prepared vegetables, prepared chicken taco, black olives, fresh cilantro, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and flip the other side of the egg, cover and simmer until let cheese remain melts (1-2 minutes).

  • Drizzle with sour cream, salsa, Fresh coriander and serve!
