Method in English

Combine the turmeric root, ginger root, and honey in a bowl, mashing up the turmeric and ginger as much as possible.

Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Once little bubbles start to form around the edges, reduce the heat to low. Transfer about 2 tablespoons of the milk to the turmeric mixture to allow the mixture to soften and the honey to melt into a paste-like mixture.

Mix the turmeric paste with the milk in the saucepan; increase heat to medium-low and cook, stirring continuously, until fully combined. Blend with an immersion blender for a smooth texture.

Pour the turmeric tea into a mug and top with ground turmeric and cinnamon.

ہلدی کی جڑ، ادرک کی جڑ اور شہد کو ایک پیالے میں ملا لیں، ہلدی اور ادرک کو جتنا ممکن ہو میش کریں۔

ایک ساس پین میں دودھ کو درمیانی آنچ پر گرم کریں۔ ایک بار جب کناروں کے گرد چھوٹے بلبلے بننا شروع ہوجائیں تو گرمی کو کم کر دیں۔ تقریباً 2 کھانے کے چمچ دودھ کو ہلدی کے مکسچر میں منتقل کریں تاکہ مرکب نرم ہو جائے اور شہد کو پیسٹ نما مکسچر میں پگھل جائے۔

سوس پین میں ہلدی کا پیسٹ دودھ کے ساتھ ملائیں۔ گرمی کو درمیانے درجے تک بڑھائیں اور پکائیں، مسلسل ہلاتے رہیں، یہاں تک کہ مکمل طور پر یکجا ہو جائیں۔ ہموار ساخت کے لیے وسرجن بلینڈر کے ساتھ بلینڈ کریں۔

एक कटोरी में हल्दी की जड़, अदरक की जड़ और शहद को मिलाएं, जितना हो सके हल्दी और अदरक को मसल लें।

मध्यम-कम आँच पर एक बर्तन में दूध गरम करें। एक बार जब किनारों के आसपास छोटे बुलबुले बनने लगें, तो आँच को कम कर दें। हल्दी के मिश्रण में लगभग 2 बड़े चम्मच दूध डालें ताकि मिश्रण नरम हो जाए और शहद पिघलकर पेस्ट जैसा मिश्रण बन जाए।

हल्दी पेस्ट को दूध के साथ सॉस पैन में मिलाएं; गर्मी को मध्यम-कम तक बढ़ाएं और पूरी तरह से संयुक्त होने तक, लगातार हिलाते हुए पकाएं। एक चिकनी बनावट के लिए एक विसर्जन ब्लेंडर के साथ ब्लेंड करें।
