Chickpea Flour Dessert (Besan Ka Halwa)

Method in English

Boil milk and water in a saucepan, add cardamom and cook for a while
Heat the ghee in another pan and add gram flour and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the sugar and stir slowly so that lumps do not form. Pour in the milk and water mixture and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring until the halwa separates from the sides of the pan. Serve or spread on a rimmed plate and allow to cool. Cut it into squares and serve it.

ایک ساسپین میں دودھ اور پانی کو ابال لیں اور اس میں الائچی ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر تک پکنے دیں

دوسرے پین میں گھی گرم کریں اور اس میں چنے کا آٹا ڈال کر تقریباً 10 منٹ تک بھونیں۔ چینی شامل کریں اور آہستہ آہستہ ہلاتے رہیں تاکہ اس میں گانٹھ نہ بنےاس میں دودھ ور پانی والا مکسچرڈال کر 10 سے 15 منٹ تک پکائیں اور اس وقت تک ہلاتے رہیں جب تک کہ حلوہ پین پین کے اطراف سے دور نہ ہو جائے۔اس کو گرم سرو کریں یا اسے رم والی پلیٹ میں پھیلائیں اور ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔ اسے چوکور میں کاٹ کر سرو کریں

एक बर्तन में दूध और पानी उबालें, उसमें इलायची डालकर कुछ देर पकाएं
एक दूसरे पैन में घी गर्म करें और उसमें बेसन डालकर करीब 10 मिनट तक भूनें। चीनी डालें और धीरे-धीरे चलाएं ताकि गुठलियां न बनें। दूध और पानी के मिश्रण में डालें और 10 से 15 मिनट तक पकाएँ, जब तक कि हलवा पैन के किनारों से अलग न हो जाए। रिम की हुई प्लेट में परोसें या फैलाएँ और ठंडा होने दें। इसे चौकोर टुकड़ों में काट कर सर्व करें।
