Method in English

Stir chickpea flour and clarified butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until the mixture smells toasty, about 10 minutes. Set aside until cool enough to handle.

Add sugar, pistachios, and cashews until evenly blended. Shape the mixture into balls the size of large cherries. Use a little pressure when forming the balls so they don’t fall apart.

چنے کے آٹے اور صاف شدہ مکھن کو ایک ساس پین میں درمیانی آنچ پر ہلائیں جب تک کہ مکسچر کی خوشبو نہ آئے، تقریباً 10 منٹ۔ سنبھالنے کے لئے کافی ٹھنڈا ہونے تک ایک طرف رکھیں۔
