Grape Juice

Grape juice is a sweet and flavorful juice made from grapes. Wash or rinse the grapes under running water to remove dirt and pesticides from the skin. Remove the stems.

Place the cleaned grapes in a blender glass.
Add 1 cup of water and blend in blender until smooth.

Place a large fine strainer (a colander) over a large bowl and pour the prepared juice over it. Press the pulp gently with a spatula to get the most juice out of it. Discard the solid pulp. You can also use a muslin cloth or nut milk bag to strain the juice.

Squeeze the lemon on top and add ice cubes. Stir with a spoon and taste the juice, if it is too sweet add 1/2 cup more water or as needed based on the sweetness of the grapes and stir. Pour prepared homemade grape juice into serving glasses and serve.

جلد سے گندگی اور کیڑے مار ادویات کو دور کرنے کے لیے بہتے ہوئے پانی کے نیچے انگور کو دھوئیں یا کللا کریں۔ تنوں کو ہٹا دیں۔

صاف کیے گئے انگوروں کو بلینڈر گلاس میں رکھیں۔
1 کپ پانی ڈالیں اور ہموار ہونے تک بلینڈر میں بلینڈ کریں۔

ایک بڑے پیالے پر ایک بڑا باریک چھاننے والا (کولنڈر) رکھیں اور اس پر تیار شدہ رس ڈال دیں۔ گودا کو اسپاتولا سے آہستہ سے دبائیں تاکہ اس سے زیادہ سے زیادہ رس نکلے۔ ٹھوس گودا چھوڑ دیں۔ آپ جوس کو دبانے کے لیے ململ کا کپڑا یا نٹ کے دودھ کا تھیلا بھی استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔

اوپر لیموں نچوڑ کر آئس کیوبز ڈال دیں۔ چمچ سے ہلائیں اور رس چکھیں، اگر یہ بہت میٹھا ہو تو 1/2 کپ مزید پانی ڈالیں یا انگور کی مٹھاس کی بنیاد پر ضرورت کے مطابق ہلائیں۔ گھر کے تیار کردہ انگور کا رس سرونگ گلاسز میں ڈال کر سرو کریں۔

त्वचा से गंदगी और कीटनाशकों को हटाने के लिए अंगूरों को बहते पानी के नीचे धोएं या कुल्ला करें। डंठल हटा दें।

साफ किए हुए अंगूरों को ब्लेंडर ग्लास में रखें।
1 कप पानी डालें और ब्लेंडर में मुलायम होने तक पीस लें।

एक बड़े कटोरे के ऊपर एक बड़ी महीन छलनी (एक छलनी) रखें और उसके ऊपर तैयार रस डालें। इसका अधिक रस निकालने के लिए गूदे को चम्मच से धीरे से दबाएं। ठोस गूदे को त्याग दें। रस को छानने के लिए आप मलमल के कपड़े या अखरोट के दूध की थैली का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

ऊपर से नींबू निचोड़ें और बर्फ के टुकड़े डालें। रस को चमचे से चला कर चखिये, अगर रस ज्यादा मीठा है तो 1/2 कप पानी और डालिये या अंगूर की मिठास के अनुसार पानी मिला दीजिये. तैयार होममेड ग्रेप जूस को सर्विंग ग्लास में डालें और सर्व करें।
