सामग्री

मछली500 ग्राम
नींबू का रस2 टीबीएसपी
पिसी हुई लाल मिर्च2 चम्मच
लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट2 चम्मच
नमक½ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर½ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा1 चुटकी
धनिया पाउडर1 छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला1 चम्मच
बेसन4 बड़े चम्मच
पानीपानी
तेलशैलो फ्राई के लिए

Method in English

Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of crushed red chili, 2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 pinch of carambola seeds, 1 tablespoon of dried coriander , 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 2 teaspoons of Tara chat masala, 4 tablespoons of chickpea flour and 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl.

Now marinate 500 grams of fish in the prepared mixture for half an hour.

Then fry the marinated fish in a pan.

The delicious tawa fish is ready to serve.

2 کھانے کے چمچ لیموں کا رس، 2 چائے کے چمچ پسی ہوئی لال مرچ، 2 چائے کے چمچ لہسن اور ادرک، 1/2 چائے کا چمچ نمک، 1/4 چائے کا چمچ ہلدی، 1 چٹکی کیریمبولا کے بیج، 1 کھانے کا چمچ خشک دھنیا، 1 چائے کا چمچ۔ ایک پیالے میں گرم مسالہ، 2 چائے کے چمچ تارا چاٹ مسالہ، 4 کھانے کے چمچ چنے کا آٹا اور 2 کھانے کے چمچ پانی۔

اب تیار شدہ مکسچر میں 500 گرام مچھلی کو آدھے گھنٹے کے لیے میرینیٹ کریں۔

پھر ایک پین میں میرینیٹ کی ہوئی مچھلی کو فرائی کر لیں۔

مزیدار توا مچھلی پیش کرنے کے لیے تیار ہے۔

Method in Hindi

2 बड़े चम्मच नींबू का रस, 2 छोटे चम्मच कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च, 2 छोटे चम्मच लहसुन और अदरक, 1/2 छोटा चम्मच नमक, 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर, 1 चुटकी कैम्बोला के बीज, 1 बड़ा चम्मच सूखा धनिया, 1 छोटा चम्मच मिलाएं एक कटोरी में गरम मसाला, 2 चम्मच तारा चाट मसाला, 4 चम्मच बेसन और 2 चम्मच पानी।

  • अब तैयार मिश्रण में 500 ग्राम मछली को आधे घंटे के लिए मैरिनेट कर लें.
  • इसके बाद मैरिनेटेड फिश को पैन में फ्राई करें.

स्वादिष्ट तवा मछली परोसने के लिए तैयार है।
